Custom programs to meet individual needs
The highest compliment I can personally offer is that I never had to devote any attention to the childcare portion of the event; I was so confident in the job you were doing – and that is so important to the meeting planner.

Meeting Planner, Richardson Properties
Although the settings and programs are different for each client, one thing remains constant: CCCI’s focus on providing the highest quality of care to meet the needs of everyone involved.
To ensure that there is something for everyone, all programs are multisensory and include arts and crafts, books, games and sports, as well as theme-based projects and lessons.
When developing a childcare program, all factors are taken into consideration:
- Available space
- Children’s ages
- Scheduling
- Budget
Site Inspection
Prior to creating the program, team members visit the potential location and review all of the requirements with the client. Safety is of utmost concern when choosing space. Other factors that are considered:
- proximity to a bathroom
- lighting
- outside play areas
Once the location is chosen, CCCI team members work together to transform the space into a secure, fun and nurturing environment where children and parents will feel safe and comfortable.
If it is determined that the selected space is not conducive to the needs of the children, CCCI will help you research an alternative location. Depending on your budget, CCCI may recommend planning a special activity, such as hiring a magician or taking a field trip.
Affordable Payment Options
Clients big and small turn to CCCI for their onsite childcare solutions. That’s because they know CCCI will work with them to find a program that meets their needs at a price they can afford.
Depending on the client, CCCI has different payment structures available. For example, a corporation may decide to pay for the program in its entirety or subsidize the service and have the parents pay for part of it. An association or educational institution may pay the administrative fee and have the parents pay for the session hours.
No matter what your needs, CCCI will work with you to find the right fit. To learn more about the choices available, contact a team member today!
Satisfied Clients
CCCI has worked hard to maintain its original core of corporate clients while adding new clients to its list of satisfied customers. And CCCI prides itself on the fact that they have never had to turn a client away. That’s why CCCI is New England’s leader in providing onsite childcare, as well as the number one choice with educational institutions.
